Lucknow: A high-level meeting of senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leaders and key government functionaries was held on Saturday at the official residence of Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya at 7, Kalidas Marg, Lucknow. The meeting focused on enhancing coordination between the party organisation and the government, as well as reviewing issues related to governance, public welfare, and organisational activities.
The gathering witnessed the presence of several prominent BJP leaders, including BJP National President Nitin Nabin, BJP National General Secretary (Organisation) B. L. Santhosh, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Union Minister of State and Uttar Pradesh BJP President Pankaj Chaudhary, Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak, and BJP Uttar Pradesh General Secretary (Organisation) Dharampal Singh.
Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya extended a warm welcome to the visiting leaders by presenting bouquets, commemorative mementoes, and traditional ceremonial stoles. He expressed gratitude for their presence and highlighted that the BJP’s strength lies in its continuous coordination between the organisation and the government, effective communication, and unwavering commitment to public service.
During the meeting, leaders held detailed discussions on a range of contemporary issues concerning both the party organisation and governance. Deliberations focused on the effective implementation of public welfare schemes, upcoming organisational programmes, the role of party workers in public outreach, and strategies to accelerate Uttar Pradesh’s overall development.
Participants emphasized the importance of ensuring that the benefits of welfare initiatives launched by both the Central and State Governments reach the last person in society. Discussions also underlined the need for stronger synergy between the government and the party organisation to better address public expectations and enhance service delivery.

Speaking on the occasion, Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the guidance of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Uttar Pradesh is setting new benchmarks in development, good governance, and public welfare. He noted that every BJP worker remains committed to serving all sections of society with a spirit of “Nation First.”
The meeting concluded in a cordial atmosphere, with senior leaders reaffirming their commitment to strengthening dialogue and coordination between the organisation and the government. They also reiterated their collective resolve to work towards the state’s continued progress, effective governance, and the welfare of the people.
